Our roots. We provide the project and program management that gets faculty-led workforce programs launched and running — from Tesla START to fully online certificate pathways. Faculty own the curriculum; we handle everything around it: employer engagement, industry input, logistics, and momentum.

CSU & UC Systems
We bring the same approach to four-year institutions building career pathways, internships, and industry partnerships — program management and employer connections that support academic programs without stepping on academic ownership.

State Agencies
For state agencies, we go further: as prime or teaming partner, we recruit subject-matter experts, develop curriculum, and produce online training end to end. Recent work includes online training module development for the State Water Resources Control Board. As a certified DVBE, contracting with us also helps agencies meet their DVBE participation goals.
