Salam Dosouqi serves as the Executive Operations Manager for 66Training, bringing over a decade of experience in project management, program operations, and cross-sector collaboration. She specializes in leading complex initiatives, streamlining systems, and supporting partnerships between colleges, employers, and workforce programs. Known for her strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Salam ensures initiatives are executed efficiently while driving measurable impact for clients and partners.

Donna is an accomplished human resources professional specializing in the design of strategic hiring pipelines and impactful workforce development solutions. With a proven track record of managing high-tech internship programs, she excels at seamlessly integrating emerging talent into active corporate workforces. One of Donna's notable initiatives include developing a comprehensive paid internship infrastructure for high school students in partnership with the San Jose Chamber of Commerce. Donna holds a bachelor's in sociology and a human resources management certificate.

For the last 20 years, he has served as Director of Training at one of the largest Joint Apprenticeship Training Centers in the region. Carl’s focus is on improving relations among colleges, apprenticeships, and employers.
